PURPOSE

SandBP publishes this retake policy to maintain the integrity of its assessments and to assist with the implementation of and adherence to retake practices.

RETAKE POLICY
  • If a candidate does not meet the 70% pass mark on the 1st attempt, he/she is eligible for 2 retakes. The 1st retake is free
  • If a candidate does not meet the 70% pass mark on the 2nd attempt, they can retake the exam, but a retake comes at a cost for the next attempt (2nd retake). Retake fees apply, which are 50% of the initial payment.
  • For Candidates who do not meet the 70% pass mark on the 3rd attempt, A 14-day waiting period is imposed before the next attempt (3rd retake). Retake fees apply, which are 50% of the first payment. This is done for the 4th and 5th retake respectively.
  • Candidates who pass the exam are not allowed to attempt the same version of the exam for a second time.
  • Candidates who pass the exam are allowed to retake the exam when there is an updated version of the course, and it comes at a cost.
