ISO 19011 provides guidance on auditing management systems, including the principles of auditing, managing an audit program, conducting management system audits, and evaluating the competence of individuals involved in the audit process. Applicable to a broad range of potential users, both experienced auditors and those new to auditing can benefit from the guidance outlined in the standard.
This course explores the internal audit process detailed in ISO 19011:2018 for all ISO management standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 13485, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 (formerly ISO/TS 16949). The guidelines provided within represent the best way to build and manage an audit program and how to plan and conduct audits. A description of activities performed by the individual or individuals managing the audit program, auditors, and audit teams are included, as well as the addition of the risk-based approach and expanded guidance included in the most recent revision.
The IQA Training aims to equip the participants with knowledge on performing internal QMS audits based on ISO 19011:2018 through discussions and audit exercises.
After mastering all the necessary concepts of ISO 19011, participants can sit for the exam. Once participants meet the pass mark, he/she will be given “SandBP Certified ISO 19011 Internal Auditor” credential. By holding a SandBP Internal Auditor Certificate, the participant can be able to demonstrate that he/she has the practical knowledge and professional capabilities to audit any management system in an organization.

Process:
Recertification ensures that certified individuals maintain their knowledge and skills in line with the latest standards and practices. It is a critical process that reaffirms the competency of certified professionals, allowing them to stay current with evolving industry standards.
Criteria for Recertification:
* Individuals must take and pass a transition exam when there is a change in the
current version of the certification standard.
* The transition exam focuses on the updates and changes in the new version of the
standard, ensuring that certified individuals are knowledgeable about the latest requirements and practices.
Certified individuals must adhere to a code of ethics, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in their practice. Any violations of the code of ethics may result in the suspension or revocation of certification
Payment of the required recertification fees is necessary to process and validate the renewal of certification.
To maintain the integrity and fairness of our examinations, specific guidelines have been established for proctoring. These rules apply to all candidates and must be adhered to strictly. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or other disciplinary actions.
Present a valid government-issued photo ID or institution-approved identification document. Ensure that no unauthorized materials (e.g., books, notes, or electronic devices) are present.
