The purpose of the confidential policy is to ensure all staff, management,
applicants and subcontractors understand the organization requirements in relation to the disclosure of personal data and confidential information.
Policy Statement
Personnel associated with the certification program shall keep confidential all information obtained in the process of prosecuting the
objectives of SandBP certification program.
Confidential information extends to information obtained about applicants, candidates, and certified persons; the intellectual property
associated with the administration of the certification program; and information associated with vendor support of the certification
program. All certification personnel are required to complete a non‐disclosure agreement as a condition of service.
